Fire Training

Before being hired with the Lone Peak Fire District, one must obtain important firefighter certificaions. As a new hire, fire packets are issued to insure practice and profeciency in all aspects of fire combat.

Throughout the course of the year, our fire department will combine and train with boardering departments to ensure unity and effeciency when the time comes to work together fighting fires.

We pride ourselves in being certified as structure firefighters as well as wild-land firefighters. Our area is unique in the extensive amount of wildland and urban interface that we protect.
