Everyday our paramedics engage in medical trainings to be ready and able to identify the need for and perform the many tasks to best protect the lives of those in our community.  All of our paramedics go through extensive training to become proficient in their duties.  It is mandated that all our firefighters maintain current certifications on the national and state level.  We require our new hires to take practical and written tests throughout their first year to maximize their growth potential.  

 

Many times throughout the year we will engage in trainings with the local universities to ensure that we are up-to-date with our practices.  Likewise, we hold mutual trainings with boardering departments to establish a foundation of unity in the field of service.
